Pablo Aura Langer
Director, Writer

Pablo Aura Langer is a Mexican-Austrian writer and director based in Hollywood, CA. He grew up in Mexico City surrounded by paintings, punk records, Perez Prado mambo, and old VHS tapes—so naturally, he picked up a camera and never put it down.

His debut feature, INFLUENCIA, is a coming-of-age thriller with a fantasy edge that earned international acclaim, dozens of awards, and a standing ovation at its premiere in Milan. The film ran for over five months in Mexican theaters via Cinemex and was praised by critics for its emotional depth and visual flair.

Beyond narrative films, Pablo directs high-end commercials for global brands and leading ad agencies across three continents, picking up major industry awards along the way.

Currently, he’s developing his next feature: The Rite of Santa Muerte—a bold horror drama rooted in Mexican folklore.

Chiles Verdes - Radio Jarocho

I tell lies for a living—beautiful, cinematic lies that reveal a little truth.

sometimes with actors, sometimes with real people, but always with a camera and way too much coffee. I’ve directed films, commercials, and documentaries across a few continents, a few time zones, and a few moments where everything almost fell apart (but didn’t).

If it’s bold, emotional, or a little dangerous—I’m in.
